We know how important it is to have reliable and responsible people in the house, so we pay great attention to the preliminary selection of candidates, even before receiving an application from the client.

We conduct personal interviews with candidates, check their knowledge, documents, medical examination, work history and cooperation with other agencies, call recommendations. If everything is in order with the candidate, then we add him to our personnel database, after which he may be offered for client vacancies. If we doubt the candidate, we refuse him or send him to take a lie detector (polygraph).
