How do we select nurses?
We know how important it is to have reliable and responsible people in the house, so we pay great attention to the preliminary selection of nurses, even before receiving an application from the client.
We conduct personal interviews with nurses, check their knowledge, psychological state, documents, medical examination, history of work and cooperation with other agencies, call recommendations. If the nurse is all right, then we add her to our staff database. If we doubt the candidate, we refuse him or send him to take a lie detector (polygraph).
We believe that our efforts are not in vain and each family will receive a qualified and caring assistant.
