Child care, teaching, babysitting, escorting to kindergarten/school/clubs

The average level of wages for work in Ukraine is indicated. The salary will be higher if the candidate has more than 3 years of experience working in families / knows foreign languages / is offered a job abroad.

Собеседование с менеджером и занесение соискателя в базу кандидатов

2. Предложение соискателя по вакансиям

Cоставление и отправка резюме работодателям

3. Подготовка соискателя к собеседованию

Проведение бесплатного инструктажа для соискателя

4. Организация собеседования с семьей

Собеседование с работодателем проходит в офисе агентства

5. Заключение договора о работе

Все условия работы прописываются в контракте

6. Испытательный срок в семье

При успешном прохождении испытательного срока соискатель остается на работе

About our database of candidates

We register all applicants in the agency's electronic database. After receiving a suitable application, with the help of a special system, candidates are selected according to the requirements of the client. The system works in such a way that not a single applicant will be missed during the selection for a vacancy, and his resume will not be lost, as is possible in folders with printed questionnaires that are sorted by hand.

Legal guarantees

  • We conclude a legally competent contract and an employment agreement,
  • We supervise and resolve all issues that may arise during the term of the contract,
  • We keep all personal data confidential, the client receives full data about the candidate only after his consent to work,
  • We guarantee payment of wages under the contract.
