We conduct a personal interview with candidates, check their knowledge, documents, medical examination, history of work and cooperation with other agencies, call for recommendations. If the candidate is all right, then we add him to our personnel database, after which he may be offered for client vacancies. If we doubt the candidate - we refuse him or send him to pass a lie detector (polygraph).
